    Worse kfc ever. Gave me a snack box with bits of popcorn chicken n a few fries. Took it in the shop and the guy told me it was correct. This was after waiting in a drive through for min with one customer. I had to take a picture it was so bad. I’ll upload it now. Awful. It’s like they don’t want customers Literally bits of popcorn chicken n a few crusty fries. He told me it was correct as it came up to a line positioned half way up the box. Meaning they make packaging with intent to only half full it !! Forget kfc. I’ll prob stop using them all together now. Not just this branchReply to the reply. Your reviews are wrote off !! If u was going to improve it’s should have been when the first few one stars started coming but it’s seems a year later your still hiring people that treat customers with disrespect. The first guy I approached on the tills looked at what I recived , apologised and said he will go sort it out for me. Then an Asian guy come from the back with my food in hand and told me it was normal and gave it me back!! Isn’t that against fast food policy?! If somethings opened and touched by staff they still give it back to the customer after I was told it was going to be swapped!! I think not. It was not only one quarter on the way full but it was all nearly cold.i took it from him and took a picture of it and told him i was uploading it with a negative review. He said ok !! How can you be employing such a person. Is he a family member or something

    We just ordered through the Uber eats app, just received my order x stuffing towers x zinger burger and wicked variety bucket. These meals are not cheap it’s close to £. I am so disappointed and annoyed. I don’t very often order a take out. Reminder to myself not to bother ordering out, over priced for the money I spent we could have had a course meal somewhere. I am so fuming I’m never ordering from KFC again.

    Food was luke warm.Staff were very unfriendly. Got my order wrong I informed them. They just looked at me took the food and came back with same food just a piece of chicken dumped on top. Chicken was oily.They don't close until : but online it states pm. We arrived :pm The chairs were all up on tables so we sat in a booth... a lady got chairs off table and slammed to floor and shouted for us to sit there as she stated was short staffed . I could only see staff member but there was only customers of them. me and my sister.Was really disappointed and will definitely be using mcdonalds instead.

    Wouldn't give any stars , kids went bowling for my grandsons birthday and wanted KFC, inside they wouldn't let us order at the counter even though staff standing around talking took ages to work it out on the screen they just watched. Rude,miserable staff if it wasn't for the kids I would have not bothered. Then watched us trying to order ice cream then we went and asked to be very rudely told we have none machine broke. NEVER WILL I GO IN THERE AGAIN.
